Ingredients:
- Fish fillets (white fish like sole, cod or tilapia)
- Hungry Boo Tomato Basil Sauce
- Garlic (minced)
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- Lemon juice
- Olive oil
- Fresh herbs (parsley or basil) for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Fish: Pat the fish fillets dry with a paper towel. Season them with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Create a Steaming Setup: Set up a steaming apparatus. You can use a steamer basket over a pot of simmering water or an electric steamer.
- Steam the Fish: Place the seasoned fish fillets in the steamer basket. Steam for about 8-10 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and easily flakes with a fork.
