Ingredients:
- 1 pouch Hungry Boo Ready Made Ghar Ki Daal
- 1 cups fresh spinach leaves (palak), washed and finely chopped
- 1/2 small onion, finely chopped (optional)
- 1 small tomato, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon ghee or butter
- Salt to taste
Instructions:

Prepare the Spinach:
- Wash and finely chop the spinach leaves. Set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables:
- In a pan, heat ghee or butter over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Add the finely chopped onion (if using) and sauté until it turns soft and translucent.
- Add the minced garlic (if using) and sauté for another minute.
- Add the chopped tomato and cook until it becomes soft and mushy.

Cook the Spinach:
- Add the chopped spinach to the pan. Stir and cook for about 2-3 minutes until the spinach wilts and is tender.

Add the Daal:
- Pour in the Hungry Boo Ready Made Ghar Ki Daal and mix well with the spinach, add a pinch of salt if desired.
- Let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together. If needed, add a little water to adjust the consistency.

Finish and Serve:
- Taste and adjust salt if necessary.
- Serve the Daal Palak warm with soft roti, naan, or rice.
