Ingredients:
- Hungry Boo Ghar ki Daal: 1 cup
- Gram flour (besan): ½ cup
- Onion (finely chopped): ¼ cup (optional, depending on preference)
- Carrot (grated): ¼ cup (for added nutrition and sweetness)
- Coriander leaves (chopped): 1 tablespoon (optional)
- Cumin seeds: ¼ teaspoon
- Turmeric powder: ¼ teaspoon
- Salt: to taste
- Water: as needed
- Oil: for cooking

Prepare the Batter:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ready-made daal and besan.
- If using onions, carrots, and coriander leaves, add them to the bowl.
- Add cumin seeds, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix everything well.
- Gradually add water until the batter reaches a smooth, pancake-like consistency. It should be thick but pourable.

Cook the Cheela:
- Heat a non-stick pan or tawa over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil.
- Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it out gently to form a thin cheela (pancake).
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until bubbles start to appear and the bottom is golden brown.
- Flip and cook the other side for another 1-2 minutes until golden and cooked through.

- Serve the cheelas warm with a side of yogurt, grated paneer, or simply enjoy them plain.
